ILCC Membership,

 

I wanted to bring to your attention a proposed 90-foot-high, double-sided digital advertising sign that is planned at 4 Indian Road (Fireman’s Field). This project will be discussed at the upcoming zoning board meeting on March 19, 2025, at 7 PM.

 

Some homeowners in Indian Lake have already received a letter regarding this proposal, which I have attached for your reference. This sign could potentially impact lake homeowners, particularly those within view of the bright, scrolling advertisements.

 

I strongly encourage all members and non-members who may be affected by this structure to attend the meeting. Your voice matters, and there is strength in numbers. This is your opportunity to express any concerns before a decision is made. We have attached some talking points for those that are concerned about this structure.

 

You may also consider going to the Denville Planning Board office and requesting to view the plans for the Outfront Media billboard proposal on 4 Indian Road prior to the March 19th meeting. This will give you a visual aid of the proposed project.
